During about 10 minutes, President Obama speaks about many womens'
accomplishments and acknowledges their contributions. Then, at around
7 minutes, he mentions Frances Perkins and offers a quote of her's
on women sitting in the "high seats." He also acknowledges
her key role in establishing many New Deal programs.
